Every Home Has a Story.

A great listing reveals the house to a buyer chapter by chapter. Angles and lighting create drama and intrigue. Arranging the photos tells the story in a cohesive and understandable way. You wouldn’t read page 24 before page 6, and I wouldn’t want to see a bedroom before the kitchen or entry. Knowing what to omit is equally important. Yes, the property may have a garage, but an oil-stained floor can spoil the plot.

A cozy living room with a beige sofa, dark blue armchair, and a wooden coffee table. A fireplace with white brick surrounds is on the right wall, above which hangs a black and white photograph. Next to the fireplace is a small black side table with a plant, and an acoustic guitar stands on a stand beside it. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. A sliding glass door with white curtains leads to a balcony. The room has wooden flooring and minimal decor.
